Livelihood Business Incubation Center (LBIC) under the Skill India Mission. Through LBIC, we provide training to disenfranchised youth, especially women, so that they can become micro-entrepreneurs as yoga teachers and Ayurveda therapists. In the last one year, we have skilled 180 people so far, and currently training additional 120, as Yoga trainers under the Prime Minister Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) in New Delhi.
We are currently skilling 250 students as Ayurveda therapists, as beauticians, and as yoga practitioners in Sikar, Rajasthan under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY). We have also won a mandate from Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) and Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) to impart such skills training to 800 and 750 underprivileged youth of Delhi respectively under their CSR programs in this year.
We have already engaged with Urban Clap, Yellow Circle, Book My Yoga, and many naturopathy resorts, hotels, etc for placement of such skilled youth. We have also got our LBIC approved by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) so that practitioners certified by us are eligible for loans under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (MUDRA) to start their micro enterprises.
